Just another great Documentary by Netflix you wouldn’t want to stop watching. It’s also the type of Series you’d be hesitant to watch at Night because of the Supernatural Nature of some of the Conspiracy Theories surrounding Elisa Lam’s death.

I love the fact that they were able to get to talk to almost all of the major Characters in the real life Mystery during the time of the Incident, like the Manager of the Cecil Hotel, the Detectives assigned to the Case, even the Maintenance Personnel who found her Body.

It’s also great the way they built up the Incident, tackling all of the major Points and Conspiracies. Ultimately though they made a very convincing Case as to what really happened (Spoiler Warning, stop reading now if you don’t want Spoilers)

Elisa was a severely Mentally Disturbed Person who was able to function as long as she was on her Medications. Unfortunately, for some reason during the Trip she decided to stop or slow down the intake of her Medications.

This eventually resulted in a Psychotic Episode which led her to accidentally drown herself on one of the Hotel’s Water Tanks. Even her Parents and Sister confirmed her tendency to have such Episodes if she was off her Medications.

Anyway, it is one of the new Must See Series on Netflix for me.
