Gemini 7 Astronauts confirm seeing a "Bogey" or Unidentified Craft during their Mission

Astronauts Jim Lovell and Frank Borman described seeing their Rocket Booster, some Particles and a "Bogey", meaning an unidentified Craft, during their Gemini 7 Spacecraft Mission back in 1965. Borman even confirmed that the Bogey was an "Actual Sighting" when Houston asked him to confirm it, and then Lovell later confirmed that the Bogey was a different Object than the Particles or the Booster. 

The Particles were probably Ice Crystals, but the "Bogey" remains unresolved, they also didn't give much Details about it. 

 

Lovell also talked about a "brilliant Body in the Sun against a Black Background with trillions of Particles on it", but from the Context of the Conversation, it seems like he was talking about the Booster and not the Bogey. Below is the most compelling Part of the Transcript:

"HOUSTON: "Gemini 7, Houston, were these Particles in addition to the Booster and the Bogey at 10 o'clock high?"

GEMINI-7: "(Lovell) Roger. I have the Booster on my Side". It's a brilliant Body in the Sun against a black Background with trilions of Particles on it".
